dear sir
my aunty is accused in a cbi case bangalore
judgement is on 16 december 2013
if court pass a sentenced within 3years. what is procedure for suspension petition
whether as to be presented with a surity in court on that day. because my friend told me that judge will suspend the sencented with a surity amount. i thought only session court will ask surity on filling appeal in session court. because this is case is in magistrate court please tell me
