But Last week some Forests officers from MP alongwith my friend rad on a village by the information of my friend, and they went alongwith my friend but people of that village they binding all four officers and my friend and one officer of forest both leave in a other place. After three days when they leave from the village all officers launched against the case for 420 and 176 of IPC section to my friend and now he is on jail.

Sec.420 I.P.C is a cognizable , non-bailable offence but compoundable before the Magistrate, Whereas, Sec.176 I.P.C is non-cognizable, bailable but not compoundable offence. You can move a bail petition before the trial court stating and proving by evidence that no.1. The accused is a permanent resident at his residential place, no. 2. There is no possibility of absconding, no. 3. That if the accused gets bail he will not influence the witnesses of the case. and 4. the accused is an innocent person and victim of the situation.
