Amendment of a written statement

(Querist) 19 November 2013 This query is : Resolved 
A Title suit was filed as is pending since 2011. AS such the case has not moved beyond hearing of the parties. Even Order 10 has not yet be conducted.

So I want to amend my written statement. Can I do that in the next hearing , do i seek the permission of the court and ask for a date to file the application or can i get it ready and submit to the court and the party on the next date.

And I have not asked for adverse possession can i include that too.

Please advice.

You can submit additional W S in next hearing.

Submit the additions in WS separately after consultation with your lawyer.
