Limitation period for filing appeal

(Querist) 25 October 2013 This query is : Resolved 
I filed a case u/s 138/141 NI Act in faridabad(haryana) court.

The accused was acquitted by the court. I have to file an appeal in the High Court of Punjab and Haryana. What is the maximum limitation period (no. of days) I have, to file the appeal against acquittal?

three months from the date of judgement.
