DEVELOPER IS NOT AGREEING ON SOME TERMS I WANT TO CHANGE IN FINAL AGREEMENT DRAFT. AS HE IS SAYING WE CANNOT CHANGE MOU TERMS. BUT THEY ARE JUST FOR MY SAFEGAURD. LIKE,
1. NOT READY TO BIND FOR OBTAINING CC PERIOD.
2. IF ANY PROBLEM WE HAVE KEPT TERMINATION CLAUSE.
PLEASE HELP.

If you feel some of clause not satisfied for your term then approch a local lawyer and clear the doubt.

BUILDER'S pOLICY:
TAKE IT
or
LEAVE IT
No separate Agreement/ nobody Special
Either u agree or Disagree and Quit.
Your choice!!
He already offer with no change of his terms//He has Lakhs of buyers.. who care!
Those who purchased flat before 2-10-25 years . Who repent??
No MOU/ Just Register Agr.
So buyer of property gain money/ profit. residence/ 3 times more appreciation than in investments of LIC, Bank, FDR
so happy.
Advised: Just Purchase, if builder of repute. Don't go for wordings..

If he does not agree you may choose other property.
