Hello,
A Society is is Registered with a Registrar of Societies.
As a Noble Cause can this Society collect donations for a national emergency like Floods and collect Flood Relief Donations issuing its own Receipts and later sending a joint total Donation on the name of the Regd. Society to the approved Donation Fund.
Does it needs approval of General Body as collecting such funds is not part of its Rules and Regulations.
Does it needs approval from any Govt. Authorities to collect such funds in its own name as it is not collecting funds in the name of the approved organization which is collecting funds for the Floods.
