Conditions under which fir can be taken back

(Querist) 04 July 2013 This query is : Resolved
a FIR has been filed against my friend by someone and he has been booked under ipc section 341,294,506,427.
my question is..
he is out on bail..
can the fir be taken back if the other party wants..
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 04 July 2013
FIR cant be taken back rather their compromise can be executed by way of becoming hostile witnesses during the trial of the case. Another option is to move an application seeking compromise before the court and if no desired results are found then to go to high court.
