What action was taken by you when did you came to know that your signatures were obtained on blank papers? How much time has elapsed? how can you say that you were mentally upset or mentally ill at that time? whether your family members left you alone in those circumstances? all these are bitter but relevant questions. First find answers of these questions and then reply to the notice accordingly.riven

Mr. Abhinay, urs is a serious problem, better would be consult some local counsel....since we are not aware of complete details or facts and its advisable discuss the whole situation with ur counsel in his chamber.

there are no general or set formulas in law to contest cases, each and every case has its own merits.riven

Dear Mr.Shaw

SInce you allege that the signature was obtained under duress, you may be able to rebut the demand if and when the case is filed for recovery. But a lot depends on the facts and circumstances under which you had signed the blank paper and existence of any witnesses etc. Why 25000 only cliamed and not more. There should be some background for the alleged action. Please consult your local advocate for proper advice and reply to the Notice
