Hello

I own a flat which was bought 3 years ago in Blr. Builder has not completed Khata formalities. Now a resident from our apartment is in touch with a broker known only to him and has collected 25k as bribe for highter officials in BBMP/BDA, promising Khata to individual units. Due to ego clashes though I have paid money he has not taken my flat in to consideration. He owns two flats one is second floor and the other in fourth floor which is not a part of the approved plan. The association is not helping me since they are keen in getting their flats khata done, I am left alone can you guide me in getting mine also done?
