Contempt of court

(Querist) 20 January 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Is it contempt of court if write to CJ High Court complaining against a district court judge for illegally ordering bailable warrant against me and being obviously unfair to me during the proceedure?

No, it is not though you better challenge the order before the high court in criminal motion.
