R/sir,
i m paramjeet singh working as chef with a restaurant. i want to start my own mobile food van.i want to do the query about licenses for that.

It is not clear where you intend starting your business, hence it is difficult to advise on the prevalent local laws at the place where such business will be carried out, however, it is mandatory for you to seek police permission to park the mobile food van and also get clearance and permission from the municipal and health deptt to begin the business.

Kindly confirm whether you need license for mobile food van from RTO or business license from concerned state authorities.

no need of licence just start yr work ,look yr earning,if in future u have a big business dn u try to all type of ragistration.
in hotle line sale tax(vat),incometax & permition of district supply office is basic requirments.
