In a Clinical Trial Agreement the Sponsor is in USA and the principal investigator/Institution is in India.
Which Law will govern in case the dispute arises? and why that law is governing the dispute?

kindly clarify please...its urgent

depends upon the jursidiction clause in the contract

You shall have to go through the relevant agreement which might be containing the clause concerned with the present matter.
