Tenancy agreement termination

Guest (Querist) 17 October 2012 This query is : Resolved
I recently moved out of an apartment that I had taken on rent.

I had given the three months notice, as per the agreement, and the landlady returned my deposit as DD and we signed an agreement termination. But she has not given a copy of the agreement termination to me. She has the original.

Am i still responsible for the flat?

no you are not responsible for the flat . your agreement has come to an end . your security deposit has been returned . you must be having copy of termination of agreement for your records . dont worry now
