Respected sir,
what can be the substitute for BLRO mutation
parcha? as the selling party needs time to
mutate ancestral property,what substitute
can be used immedietly for the purchase of
the property?pl.suggest.

dont be in haste to buy the property . follow the procedure for mutation of property .
