i want to cancel the sale deed and what is the time limit for suit from register the same document

in which ground it may happen for cancel the document

If consent to sale is vitiated by fraud/force/undue influence/misrepresentation then in that case such sale deed can be cancelled in three of years of fraud being discovered or capable of being discovered with due dilignece, or force ceasing to operate.
