In a civil suit the plaintiff submitted in his plaint and again in his replication that the name of respondant has been included in the khatauni of disputed land by the error of the revenue staff. Plaintiff says only this , he has not explained how and when the said error was committed by revenue staff , he has also not submitted any document to prove this allegation . Can the respondants file an application in the court and pray the court for asking the plaintiff to submit the details of this allegation (i.e how and when of the said error)so that the respondants can object the allegation . If yes than under which law this application can be filed. If plaintiff fails to sumit the detail than what can be done against him and under which law. Thanx
