R/Sir,
a link road is constructed by our panchyat under MGNREGA and the same is washed away in flood. i filed RTI application to concern BDO, after examining the information provided by BDO, I found that there is gross violation of rules and there also great embezzlement of public fund. in short the said link road construct only to earn money illegally. now i want to file a complaint.my question is which is appropriate authority before which i should file the complaint.

it is a case of Prevention of Corruption Act. You can file in State Vigilance bureau. If the area DSP is willing to take interest hecan calso register the case.

Did you approach the BDO to get his personal views how the problem arise and how to sort out that or just jumped to your conclusion?
