Respected sir i am jameer submitted an application in muncipality to get an death certificate three months ago but the officials are unable to provide me the certificate so how can i proceed using RTI

Just file a application under RTI and wait for 30days they ll provide usual information otherwise you can file a complaint before appellate authority.
