sir,
i have a cheque case(under crpc190 and 138 negotiable instrument act)in india.now iam out of india.this case put in LP(long pending case)list due to failure of warrant execution.now i want go to india for 1 month.can i renew my passport during this period without problem?will this case(now in LP)affect issue of passport?

complainant will be keeping a close watch on your movements . no sooner you land he will seek to execute warrant against you . better settle 138 case
