i am from jammu and Kashmir i have married with a girl from Jordan according to Islamic law but we did not meet yet my wife's family has sent their advocate here and we made marriage deed on these grounds now i wanna bring my wife to India but the Indian authorities are demanding for court registration for marriage is there any processes i can make my marriage registration on Islamic marriage papers with out having my wife here in Indian ?

for registartion of marriage presence of both parties is necessary .

is not there any way to get registration of Islamic documents which we have made ?
