Society member giving house on rent to hostelier

Hello!

I am living in a society in ahmedabad, Two of the society members have given there house on the rent to the person who is running hostel for students in that house which has become a nuance to the other society members now.

what are the options to take care of this issues for the society.

Go thru., the bye law of the society, if there is provision to give it on rent for any purpose then you cannot do anything, if there is no provision file a complaint before the secretary regarding illegal act of the members.
