What is the right procedure to deal with drunken drive case under mv act 185. Whether registe fir as cognizable offence and send chargsheet. Or send report and accused to magistrate as we do in case of bp act 102

First inform Police, get him tested for contents of alcohol in drv blood/ air

Then only u can prove he was drunk!!
Police will do rest of things
