(Querist) 09 July 2012 This query is : Resolved 
dear sir ,
i received summons under section 25-B of delhi rent control act through registered ad on 5/6/2012. since 8/6/2012there were summer vacation of courts,ending on 1/7/2012.i filed the application to leave to defend on 2/7/2012 the opening day of summer vacation.will i be considered as ex-party.
