is it possible for my husband to get divorce without my knowledge? i heard it is possible to get divorce with exparte orders without my knowledge... now my question is how to avoid such situation? what are necessary steps to be taken to avoid exparte divorce? please advice

1. Ex parte would be passed only after you choose not to contest after being validly notified and served of the petition.

2. To avoid an ex parte diligently pursue the proceedings.

When you receive summons of case from court
then keep on attending court dates regularly
so that you are not proceeded exparte by court.
