Land purhase with out registry

Pls let me know how can we purchase any land due to lack of registry is not being open by tehsil, then on which base we can purchase land with proof and nobody could objection in future

Mr Ajay,

I would like to suggest dont go for such agreements or such purchase as it will be void . You should have all the land documents to purchase that land .

contact a local lawyer . for purchase of land you must check title of seller . he will take detailed search and advise you .
