Dear Sir,
I hv been married for last 3yrs n hv a son of 2yrs .Ever since my marriage I hv been mentally harassed by my wife n her family . I dont hv a mother n hv been brought up by my sisters , infact my marriage rituals n money for the marriage was spend by them even though they are married n well settled . My wife had a scissorian n for 2 months my sisters took care of her.None of her family members even bothered about her .But after she became fit n fine her mom especially instigated her against my family n she started quarrelling on pity issues like y my sisters call me up,y they came often to meet me etc.,She even started quarrelling with them n harassing them . I m very attach to my complete family n could not take this easily .The pressure of work n the tension at home made me upset n I took to drinking n met with a terrible accident .I had a clotting in the brain n was in ICU for around 25days.At that time my sisters n their family members took care of me while she stayed with her family . After I came out from this trauma she kept on harrassing me n I became mentally upset. I quit my job as doctor advised me to stay in peace but my wife didn't support me. I went to my father in Assam n asked her to accompany me but she refused saying she didn't trust me.I brought my father n my widow bhabhi with her two daughters to Delhi as she promised to be good.She has even thrown them out of the house n blamed them of stealing her ornaments .I came to know from her neighbours that she had done all this to get rid of them. The ornaments are with her mother .I m very confused n upset . Now she has filed a harassment case against my sisters in the women cell n her family is supporting her .They are great liars n manipulate things which becomes difficult for me to prove .Please suggest me how do I come out from this mess .Sir, please guide me as soon as possible.

what does youe wife want? she wants divorce or wants you to stay separately .
you have to contest the harrasment case filed against your family .
if you ahve stayed separte for 1 year you cna file for divorce on grounds of mental cruelty but you have to prove the allegations .

hope so she want the separation from you, how long she is doing the same, when she gone to her parents house. if it more then one year better to to file divorce petition and try to solve the problem
