Condition to consider photo as evidence

accused of treating wife as maid, not given food and demanding dowry on marriage date

I have lot of picture taken from digtal camera, which wud show how couple stayed with each other and how happy they were.

But everytime i have transfered pictured from camera memory stick to computer. and picture is no longer available in memory stick.

would this picture be considered as evidence or they cannot be shown in court of law.

a picture or photograph is not a primary evidence. It may be considered as secondary evidence. But it is necessary that it is not edited or changed.

you can examine neighbours . your friends who have come to your place for dinner to show how happy your wife was when she was staying with you .

dont rely only on photographs .

Photograph evidence be supported by relevant facts of a person in Photograph, who testify the photo are true and correct.

The Affidavit of person photographed it , and his examination is vital

A photograph can be proved by producing and examining the person who clicked it. It may then be considered as Secondary Evidence.
