Wrong pan detail in registered doc of l & l

by mistakely first party of L & L agreement has mentioned wrong PAN Card of 2 nd party,

after registration of agreement ,how to rectify this mistake.

please guide us.

By making an application that the mistake was unintentional and clerical, so the rectification be allowed.

You can file application for rectification under registration act along with copy of PAN card its consequence is Only 10,000.00 penalty from U/s 271 of IT Act by I.T.Department which can save by this action
