Lease land : court stay

We have lease land for petrol pump for 19 year. The land belongs to a firm, due to dispute in partners the court give issue stay of all land. We were not aware about court dispute. In between due to our requirementre of more land for pump, we done another lease agreeement with one of the partner. when we initiate some work the other partner showed court stay. Now we are unable to use both land. Please advise if we have already done 19 years lease from Firm how can court stay established which is already with us. We are regularly giving both agreement lease amount nearly 80000 and we unable to use the land which belongs to us 19 years for petrol pump running and maintenace. Please advise way how to save our pump land which belongs to before court case.

Dear Punia.,.,., you can not let the court stay to be avoided. But you can file a suit against the firm which has already issued a lease agreement to you and can claim the amount. In another way, you can file a suit against the stay in another court... I better suggest you to approach an advocate to deal with this... Thank You..

contact local lawyer . you should terminate lease agreement as you are unbale to use the land . what is sense in paying lease rentals of rs 80,000 ?
