BEING NEW IN THIS FIELD AND ZERO EXPERIENCE IAM FACING ALOT OF PROBLEMS
CAN U PLZ GUIDE AS HOW SHOULD I APPROCH THE ADVOCATES FOR ACCURING / WORKING WITH THEM.

You say that you are a fresher and don't expect any senior to give away work just like that. I suggest you first join as a junior with a good lawyer who is dealing in civil, criminal and other laws. Only after working for atleast 3 years you can be confident of starting your own practise.
