Misappropriation

Ombudsman of Zilla Panchayat has submit a report after inquiry to the CEO of the District regarding misappropriation money in horticulture dept.. My client who is working in Horticulture dept.. he has received a notice from CEO of the District regarding payment of money as per the report of Ombudsman., But after verifying the records a came to know that there is nothing misappropriation was held by my client., Now what can i do against the report submitted by Ombudsman r may i file suit in civil court r what remedy? Now the ZP is in hurry to file criminal case to recover the amount

omudsman must have given reasons for his findings . you have tpo reply to notice point out inaccuracies in ombudsman report . ask for peronal hearing
