Sir,
our residential building is going on redevelopment under 33(7) the total area is 900 sq ft (of which 118 sq ft ) is balconies ,sir kindly let me now will mhada calculate the exixting balconies in the carpet area for calculating fungible fsi .

when your society goes in for rdevelopment

it depends upon your negotiating skills with builder who is redevloping your society .

if your carpet area is 900 square feet then you will certianly get additional area , compensation etc .
