My construction work stopped by Police with influence of some people without any written notice. I filed complain of police to IG-Police. He started enquary. Now local police stated that they did not stooped my work and just went to construction site because some person filed complain that they have stay order from court. however, no any stay order by any court, I have video footage in which they are ordering labour to stop work.
1. How to force police to registered 182 against the persons against me, as they misguide police official?
2. Is police official have rights to visit my site without my pre information and to stop my work without confirming the stay order?

You have the right to get a copy of stay order. At first ask the polic to cause delivery of stay order by the concerned party.

since there is no stay order continue your construction work . filing another police complaint will aggravate issue .

complete your construction work soon . police are bound to make enquires if any complaint is received . if they have been misguided the cops are not to be blamed . they should have only verifed whether stay order had in fact been issued .
