me forein se deported kia gaya or case huwa bail ho gaya lekin passport abhi tak nai mila he to ye case kitna chalta he or passport kub milega.

No body can say that ki case kitna chalta hai, for passport you can file petition before magistrate for the return of the same.

Case me kitna time lagega yeh koi nahi bata sakta. Passport vapis pane ke liye aap court mein ek application dakhil kar sakte ho.

It depends on how you convince the court.
