Respected Sir,
The link addressed by your good self refers to Advocates Act. No. 25 of 1961, whereas i am looking for details (Statement of Objects and Reasons)with respect to Advocates (Amendment) Act, 1976 (Act No. 107 of 1976). Tried to find out the same at The Ministry of Law website but was unsuccessful. This is with regards to abolition of dual system under the Advocates Act. Thanks
