Age of the building-who are right authorities in law

Dear Expert Sir(s),
A person denies demolition order & report by the City Corporation, Hence to prove this correct,valid & genuine, .
Please inform who can be right authorities whose report can be taken as authentic one by the court, to upheld the demolition order & life of unauthorised construction as just 12-18 months old.
Please guide I'll be thankful.

Illegal construction can very well be demolished by municipality under Municipal act of your state. You go through the provisions wherein your construction can be got legalized or not subject to penalty etc.
