registrar has power to cancel the registered sale deed according to registration act 1908 or not, if yes pls give citation.

Mr. Pramod when a document was registered by the registrar and after registration the said document delivered to the parties ,registrar has no jurisdiction or power to cancel the same, only the appropriate court has jurisdiction to cancel the said sale deed.

I agree with n. k. sarin,

The Registration Act under sub registrar not have any authority to cancell the registered sale deed, you can cancelled that sale deed through the Court otherwise not.
