suit for recovery of fair of transportation

Sir
My trucks were hired by a contractor ,his goods were transported without any delay or fault but now contractor is not giving fair,we have receipt(proof of transporation by us)what remady is available to me.Thanks

Dear Bansal,

You issue a legal notice and thereafter file a suit for recovery of money. However, since complete details are unavailable regarding the contract between both of you, it is difficult to advise properly.

Dear Bansal,
Issue legal notice giving him a time to make the payment and if he didn't respond ur notice, then u file a suit for recovery. U will have to pay the court fee on the acutal amount receivable by u. It also amounts to breach of contract.
