Dear Friends,

Can anyone plz guide me in below,

I had bought a flat at Nallasopara, the possession of which was supposed to get by June, 2010. But we have not yet got the possession and now Vasai-Virar area is under Municipal Corporation. Now the builder asking us to pay revised water connection charges + electricity charges.

Are we suppose to pay these charges or the builder by himself have to bear it?

Kindly advise.

have you entered into any agreement with the builder? what are terms and conditions of agreement?

since posession has not been handed over where is question of payment of revised water / electricty charges .

after posession is handed over you will have to pay the water connection /electricity charges levied by the corporation
