General power of attorney

1) can person of Indian origin(not Indian citizen. but was indian citizen at one time) nominate General Power of Attorney to manage agriculture land that came thru inheritance?

yes the power of attorney ca be executed where the property is situated but it can also be executed from outside India it i have some process.

Yes. He can execute a power of attorney regard his property if any in india..
