Query regrading medical panel memebers and tests for impotancy.

Its Annulment petition filed by wife on ground of my impotency. Now, I filed application for my potency test by medical board. My advocate drafted the application which requests the court to direct the superintendent of medical college to constitute a medical panel of Gynaecologist, Urologist, Physician and Clinical Psychologist to examine my s*xual potency. I'm doubtful about the role of Gynaecologist in male potency test...Is it must to include Gynaecologist also? If anybody has already undergone such a medical test, please share your experience.... Which are the tests that I have to clear to get the report in my favour? Is semen analysis a part of impotency test?

When the court has already directed to form the state medical board then there is nothing like it. Undergo the test without thinking much.

Potency does not have anything to do with semen. The potency test indicates whether the male genital organ, more specifically the penis gets erect at the time of sexual excitement or not.

Looking into the social aspect of the test, I am of the opinion that you should take a test of that matter yourself prior to undergoing the test by the Board. Because, if you pass the test, it is alright. Otherwise there is a chance that you may face the social injustice after the passing of the order of the Court, decreeing a divorce on that ground. In such a case it would be better to come to a conclusion with your beloved wife and file a divorce on mutual consent.
