Dear sir,
We are having 18 members society. According to agreement developer will give 1000 Sq. ft. carpet and 225 flower bed etc in two parts i.e. 350 + 70 & 650+155. In that two is commercial they will get 1500 each..
We already got NOC from MHADA. In that the following thing is mentioned.
