Dear Sirs,
I have a joint House property with my wife in Chennai. I want power of attorney to sell this house . on my name. What is the process. We husband and wife both stay in Bangalore

execute poa at banglore and registered the same. After that you can sell.

Go through any site GPA which gives you draft for the same and execute the same as per the Law prevailing in TN.
The Law of PA for sell of property differs in states so enquire first then follow.
