No. No any specific procedure for this.. On court holiday if anybody remanded before magistrate at his house mean, advocates can note bail before him at that time.. If its bailable offence mean he will accept the bail application. Non bailable offence mean accused will be sent to judicial custody. You have to move bail before court of law.
