Dear sir,

Section 34 relating to challenge of award has been filed in the court.

Please inform what is the further steps in the section 34 proceedings.

Please also inform whether an arbitrator can be summoned or only the record of the arbitrator can be asked to be submitted by the court. regards,

you have challenged the award of arbitrator . tha court shall after hearing the parties on merits pass a reasoned order .

the court may summon the records of the case . an arbitrator is not to be summoned

Arbitrator has to be called otherwise who will prove the records.
