Ration Card

As I have purchase a flat in Laxman Vihar being an Indian Citizen I need Ration card as a document that I am living on this address & previously I don't have any other ration card. Kindly advise me how can I get it & what are the formalities required please help me for the same

visit the website of govt of delhi and see in the heading public services ration card it mentions all documents required by you .
in short you have to fill in application form obtained from any circle office , submit 3 photographs along with proof of your residence namely your agreement for purchase of flat in laxmi nagar , surrender /deletion certificate of previous card
