Dear R.Subramanyam sir,
my question i about RTI ACT2005 RELATED WITH NOMINEE .... I am asking to expert for the legal status of nominee in RTI and not about what is the importance OR NEED of nominee etc.,etc. plz reply me with such a legal view as an advocate and not as a layman.i am waiting.
