I purchased Volvo Monthly Bus pass for the month of December 2010, by paying Rs.1,350/- and thereafter while traveling I lost said Volvo Monthly Bus Pass on Bus on 03.12.2010. I waited for 4 days anticipating to get a call from the person who may have got my lost pass. Even after 4 days I have not received any call, I decided to purchase New Volvo Monthly Pass for December 2010 and he started using the new pass from 06.12.2010.
On 11.10.2010, I has received a telephonic call from one Mr. Guru stating that he has got the custody of the lost Volvo Monthly Bus pass and he handed the lost Volvo Monthly Bus pass 13.12.2010 to me.
Now I left with Two Bus Monthly Passes issued by the B.M.T.C. Bangalore. I requsted the Dy.Transporter Officer (Volvo Bus) and The Managing Director of The Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation to adjust Rs.1,350/- paid towards the subsequent pass for the next month or Refund the amount.
I wanted to file consumer case before the Court. Therefore I request you to advice me and give me any judgement in this regard.

You cannot claim refund as the bus pass is not transferable, moreover, you have utilized part of the bus pass between 6-12-2010 to 13.12.2010.

Yes, bus pass is not transferable.

Sir,
Now I left with two passes and they are in my name, I cannot transfer or I can not sell pass. I have already filed complaint before the District Consumer Forum Bangalore. the BMTC Bangalore has take same contention before the court but I left with two passes i requested them to adjust to next month. If any judgements availabe in this this regard please help me.
