PROMOTER IS WRITTING THIS IN AGREEMET IS HE CAN DO THIS?
It is expressly agreed and understood that so long as Saket Promoters Limited or any of the Vendors or its or their nominee be the Maintenance In-charge, the Purchaser shall not hold it liable or responsible for rendering any accounts or explanation of any expenses incurred.
