Cheque Bounce

2 cheques of 10,000 issued by Consultancy Omam Services Sakinaka Branch Mr.Navin Uchil as a compensation as he had wasted my 6months promising for Job & had also taken enrolement fees which i took back. Out of the 2 cheques one got cleared but the other got bounced in the month of March since then i had given him time to give me the money but he kept delaying. Hence i represented the cheque again which has bounced on 16th May2011. Now can file a Case of Cheque Bounce as per Section 138 against him. Kindly guide me in this matter with details as soon as possible.

yes, you can file NI 138 case against them

Issue notice to the drawer of the cheque, and then initiate prosecution as per the NI Act. Consult an advocate.
